Now that all Fall League teams have been approved...

(1) if you have not already done so, in StackSports, please go in to each of your teams playing in CPYSL this fall and click on "Register for a league or tournament" and select CPYSL.

(2) CPYSL requires that a COACH & PLAYER CHANGE REQUEST FORM be completed and submitted to the office for any requested adjustments to an approved team: http://www.cpysl.net/Downloads/downloadfolder/dwld_85561771_PLAYER_CHANGE_REQUEST_REV_09-09-19.pdf
