Please provide HARD COPIES or your club's current and up-to-date CONSTITUTION & BYLAWS and CODE OF CONDUCT documents.
Copies should be mailed via USPS or dropped in the DROP-OFF box on the CPYSL porch at CPYSL, 4075 Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
The deadline for submission is February 1.
