The CPYSL office will be CLOSED Wednesday, April 7 through Friday, April 9.



If your Club has Team/Player related items that you would like to have processed in time for the first weekend of games, April 10 & 11, your completed CPYSL COACH & PLAYER CHANGE REQUEST FORM must be received in the CPYSL office no later than Monday, April 5 at NOON.
