Registrar Update - 8/30/19



This is it!  CPYSL Fall League play begins next Saturday, September 7.

We have been working diligently (as we know you have been also) trying to complete the approval for all of your teams.  There are still some teams that haven’t been activated and some teams that have outstanding issues.

In order to have teams approved and passes ready, we MUST have your paperwork - http://www.cpysl.net/Downloads/downloadfolder/dwld_70222110_CPYSL_TEAM__PLAYER_REGISTRATION_FALL_2019.pdf - and payment by Tuesday morning, September 2.  Really.

For teams that are not yet approved, please be sure that you have activated the team.  Check to see that all of your players have proof of birth verified.  If you see that most of the team is verified, but there are a few not verified, you must check to be sure the info in the system matches the proof of birth.  Check that first and last names are spelled correctly and match exactly.  Do not use initials or Jr, II, etc.  Hospital certificates are not acceptable.  Check the birth date carefully.  Make sure the correct proof of birth is uploaded, not a photo.  We are verifying proof of birth daily, so if you have a player that is not verified, there’s probably a reason as listed above.  Please correct the information.  The system will drop the proof of birth when you change the info, so PLEASE RE-UPLOAD PROOF OF BIRTH.

Check each of your coaches individually.  There must be 5 green dots following their name.  If you’re having issues with coaches, Marisa from EPYSA sent the following - https://usys-assets.ae-admin.com/assets/947/15/Risk%20Management%20Coordinator%20Directions4.PDF.  If that doesn’t take care of the problem, please contact EPYSA for assistance.

There is a board meeting next Wednesday night at the CPYSL office.  Our goal is to have everything ready by that time.  Please plan to have someone from your club attend and pick up your team materials.  

One last thing – we no longer receive an automated notification when new coaches are added to a team.  Please send this information to us in an email.
