Registrars -



Many are asking, so I wanted to send you an update on passes and rosters…  



CPYSL is not yet able to print rosters.  Stack Sports is working on the issue.  We are able to print passes, but the accuracy has been inconsistent.  Stack Sports is working on the issue.  Due to issues with the passes, CPYSL is not comfortable giving out passes without first comparing them to the rosters.  But, we know that you need rosters and passes for tournaments.  Stack Sports tells us that clubs are able to print rosters.



So… if you have a team that is approved and you need passes now for a tournament, please send me a copy of the team roster (registrar@cpysl.net), and we will provide you with passes.  Someone from your club will need to stop by the office to pick up the passes, as we do not have the time to scan them for you.  We will get the passes ready as quickly as possible.



Please send us rosters ONLY for tournament teams that are needed now.  We (are trying to) remain confident that the Club Connect issues will be resolved soon, and we will be able to provide rosters for the other fall teams.



A note about coaches - Even though your club approves a coach and the system says that they are cleared, there may still be things that need to be approved.  Please look at each coach individually and be sure they have 5 green dots (no yellow).  If not, we’ve found that their pass will not print.  And that is not good, because at this point, CPYSL can only print passes for the entire team, and not for individuals.  Stack Sports is working on the issue.



We know that this is all really frustrating.  Hopefully our solution for getting you the tournament teams will help.



One last thing - please continue to check on your teams.  As we approve birth certificates, if you see a few not approved, please double check them and make corrections.  Remember to re-upload the proof of birth as it is often dropped.
