Registrars – Happy Monday afternoon!  Just a few updates and reminders –



• We have been approving many teams and if you’re one of the lucky ones, you should now be able to “Register for a League or Tournament”.  Please check Club Connect regularly to see if that button is available to you.  If so, please click so that we can complete the team approval process.



• If you see that your teams are approved and passes are printed, please do NOT stop by the office to pick them up.  They are NOT ready.  We are unable to print everything correctly and Stack Sports is working to correct the issue.   We hope to have things fixed this week and will let you know when items can be picked up.



• Please look at your teams and be sure your club name (or distinct initials that no other club has) is part of your team name.  I know I mentioned this last week, but there are still teams listed without the club name.  That club name is really important to us and it should be the first part of your team name.  We will not approve teams without the club name in their team name until they are updated.  Thanks.



• A clarification of the process – As you are registering in the system, we are verifying proof of birth.  We will not do anything further to approve the team until we receive the team registration form with payment.  http://www.cpysl.net/Downloads/downloadfolder/dwld_70222110_CPYSL_TEAM__PLAYER_REGISTRATION_FALL_2019.pdf.  Then we will approve, you register, and we approve again.



• If you are having problems registering your coaches, please contact EPYSA.  We really don’t have anything to do with that part of the process.
