The registration deadline for CPYSL's CUP QUALIFYING LEAGUE (CQL) is Friday, October 12.

If your Club has a CQL team that has not yet been added to the CQL Team Counts, please complete a 2018 FALL & CUP QUALIFYING LEAGUE FEES form and submit it to the office with payment.  Upon receipt of the form and payment, we will add your team to the CQL Team Counts.
