The 2018 Spartan Girls Team Camp provides teams with a competitive edge heading into the fall season. This camp is team focused on functional and tactical aspects of the games will be the focal point of the camp. This camp will be limited to eight teams and teams will be able to choose from an AM or PM session. The camp will culminate in full-sided 30-minute games on the final day of camp. August 8th - 11th Time: Chooose from an AM session (9:00 am - Noon) or PM session (5:00 - 8:00 pm) Please note, each session will be limited to 4 teams Cost: $150.00 per player If a player attends both the Individual Skills and the Spartan Team Camp, they will receive a special price of $275 for both. a $50 savings The camp focuses on individual skills and is a great opportunity for those players who want to excel in their high school and club seasons by improving their technical ability. There is specialized goalkeeper training included. The camp will be directed by Spartan head coach Vicki Sterner and her York College women’s soccer coaching staff. Coach Sterner has been the head coach for 22 years and has accumulated over 200 wins, three CAC championships and three NCAA Tournament berths including a trip to the Sweet 16. Joining Coach Sterner are assistant coaches Bret Altimore, Tom Essler, Al Chesnavage, Brent Duffy and Simon Skudder. Registration is mail-in only, please contact Coach Sterner for a registration form.
