With the CPYSL Fall 2019 season coming to a close, please follow the instructions on the pink scorecards and return the completed cards to the CPYSL office by Saturday, November 30.
Club Registrars should collect the cards for all of their teams and turn them in to the CPYSL office in one complete bundle.
Your Club's scorecards can be mailed to the office or placed in the DROP-OFF container on the CPYSL porch. Scorecards will not be accepted electronically.
