CPYSL will host a USSF Referee Training class in April which would require 5 evenings, 6:00 PM-9:00 PM.

Risk Management -- IMPORTANT



EPSARC's Risk Management Policy requires that anyone 18 years or older must complete a background check through Sports Pilots by the 2nd class. The cost is $6.00 and is paid by the participant.



Previously received clearance or completed background check with another organization is not acceptable; you MUST complete the background check for EPSARC.

Recertification

•         Grade 8 requires 5 (five) hours of instruction and yearly re-registration with US Soccer



Costs:

Costs for the Entry Level Classes are:

•         Grade 8 Referee Class is $100.00 per student, there will be no building fee for this course

Prior to the 1st class, all students enrolled in the Grade 8 Entry Level Class must go online and complete the the following:



1 - Fill out the USSF Registration form and print out 2 copies and bring to class: http://epsarc.org/handouts/USSF_form_EntryLevelRev.pdf

•             State Association - select Pennsylvania - East



•             Clinic Number - enter your class code [can be found on the class list]



Then --



A - Watch the entire video presentation



B - Correctly answer all questions



C - Print out the certificate and bring all 6 Certificates to the first classroom session.



Failure to complete both Steps A and B will prevent you from printing the certificate.



Bring all 6 Certificates for the Laws below showing that you have reviewed and passed the tests.
