Completed FALL 2019 INITIAL TEAM AND PLAYER REGISTRATION AND FEES FORMS, and all associated fees are due for teams NOT planning to participate in August tournaments.  This form is available in the "Download" section on the CPYSL website.

Teams must be entered in the EPYSA system with photos uploaded for all coaches and players.  
CHECK THE AUDIT REPORT.  
Proof of birth for those that "FAIL" the audit report must be uploaded or submitted to the CPYSL office.
Paperwork must be dropped-off at OR mailed-to the office.  Initial paperwork for teams will not be accepted via email.
